iPad 2: March 2?

rumors say that that Apple is going to hold a San Francisco event on March 2nd,, and they will annouce the ipad2 there.
well i think this is it cause they should annouce it soon its getting late and 4.3 beta was out for a while now.
so i guess both of them the ipad and the 4.3 FW will be out on March 2nd
